Bashundhara Group has taken a significant stride towards revolutionizing the maritime industry with its latest collaboration. Bashundhara Group's IT division today (August 16) signed a pivotal agreement with Magnetism Tech Ltd. for the development of an ERP software solution aimed at enhancing Ocean Going Ship Management efficiency for Toggi Shipping & Logistics Limited, one of the concerns of this Group.

The milestone agreement was formalized during an illustrious project kickoff and agreement signing ceremony held at the Bashundhara Group Headquarters. This collaborative venture between Bashundhara Group and Magnetism Tech Ltd. aims to propel the shipping and logistics sector into a new era of technology-driven management. 

The cutting-edge software, a brainchild of the partnership, is set to integrate state-of-the-art functionalities, enabling comprehensive tracking of ERP records, ship movements, inventory management, human resources, and real-time data visualization through live dashboards.

In attendance were distinguished representatives from both parties, underscoring the gravity of this partnership. From the Bashundhara Group side, the event was graced by Mirja Mujahidul Islam, Chief Operating Officer (BMTL, BRMCIL, TSL & BAPL); Sifat Jahan Nur, Chief Information Officer / Sector - C, BG; Mohammad Kamrul Hassan, Chief Financial Officer, Sector-C of BPML, BMPIL & BIEZL; Imran Bin Ferdous, Head of HR & Administration, Sector C; and Captain Md. Mahbubul Alam, representing TSLL / Ship Operations, Mohammad Nurul Huda, HoD Finance. Magnetism Tech Ltd. was represented by its Managing Director, Sakib Qader Chowdhury, accompanied by his dedicated team. Mr Sifat Jahan Nur form Bashundhara's side and Mr. Sakib Qader Chowdhury from Magnetism's side has signed the agreement. 

The ceremony witnessed enlightening speeches from distinguished guests, highlighting the groundbreaking nature of the collaboration and its potential to reshape the shipping and logistics landscape in Bangladesh and beyond. 

The crescendo of the event arrived with the official signing of the agreement, underscoring the commitment of Bashundhara Group's IT division and Magnetism Tech Ltd. to jointly embark on this transformative journey.
