DHAKA: Trading on the country’s two bourses is underway with downward trend of share-price indices on Sunday.

DSEX, the Broad Index of Dhaka Stock Exchange, shed over 8 points to stand at 4,833 at 2:12pm.

Trade deals stood at 69102 with volume of transactions at Tk 2203 million.

Of the issues traded, 133 advanced, 136 declined and 37 remained unchanged.

BEXIMCO topped the turnover list with shares worth Tk 102 million having changed hands.

Following the suit, the Chittagong Stock Exchange Selective Categories Index (CSCX) climbed down to 8967by dropping over 11 points at about 2:11pm.

Out of the issues traded, 95 gained, 115 declined and 24 remained unchanged.
