DHAKA: Country's stock market marked fall in its price indices on Thursday.

DSEX, the key index of Dhaka Stock Exchange, shed over 28.78 points only to stand at 4556.94 at the close on the last trading day of the week.

Trade deals stood at 79902 with volume of transactions at Tk 3280.56 million.

Of the issues traded, 96 advanced, 169 declined and 43 remained unchanged.

However, top 10 gainers of the DSE were NORTHERN, ANWARGALV, RENWICKJA, POPULARLIF, ECABLES, WATACHEM, MARICO, BERGERPBL, ACI     and RECKITTBEN

Nevertheless, ACI topped the turnover list with shares worth Tk 206.56 million having changed hands.

The other turnover leaders were SHASHADNIM, LAFSURCEML, GP, IFADAUTOS, SAPORTL, MJLBD, SQURPHARMA, ACIFORMULA and CVOPRL.

Chittagong stocks also followed the suit, with the CSE Selective Categories Index climbing down to 8435.69 by dropping over 73.38 points.
 
Out of the issues traded, 62 gained, 141 declined and 28 remained unchanged.
