DHAKA: Investors witnessed mixed trend in the country’s two bourses -- Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) -- in early hours of trading on Tuesday.

DSEX, the Broad Index of Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), shed over 1.36 points to stand at 4543.61 at 12:13pm.

Trade deals stood at 49812 with transaction at Tk 2,198.69 million.

Of the issues traded, 124 advanced, 113 declined and 48 remained unchanged.

UNITEDAIR topped the turnover list with shares worth Tk 352.37 million having changed hands during the time.

Besides, Chittagong stocks’ Selective Categories Index climbed up to 8479.94 by gaining over 20.35 points at 12:21pm.

Out of the issues traded, 80 gained, 77 declined and 25 remained unchanged.
