DHAKA: Trading on the country’s two bourses is underway showing mixed trend in share-price indices on Thursday.

DSEX, the Broad Index of Dhaka Stock Exchange, shed over 16.90 points to stand at 4539.78 at 12:17 pm.

Trade deals stood at 42603 with transaction at Tk 1851.39 million. Of the issues traded, 77 advanced, 160 declined and 40 remained unchanged.

GP was the most traded stocks with shares worth Tk 169.91 million changing hands till then followed by UNITEDAIR, SQURPHARMA, BEXIMCO, LAFSURCEML and FAMILYTEX.

Besides, Chittagong stocks’ Selective Categories Index climbed up to 8500.55 by gaining over 1.04 points at 12:21 pm.

Out of the issues traded, 62 gained, 96 declined and 27 remained unchanged.
