DHAKA: The two bourses, Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE), will remain close from July 16 to July 20 for upcoming Eid-ul Fitr festival.

Bangladesh Bank (BB), the central Bank of the country, issued the order on Wednesday.

The DSE and CSE were also closed on Wednesday.

However, the branches of the banks in RMG factory areas were open during the holiday of Shab-e-Qadr on the day.

DSE sources said activities of the two bourses will open on July 21.
