DHAKA: Country's stock market marked fall again in its price indices on Monday, the second trading day of the week.

DSEX, the Broad Index of Dhaka Stock Exchange, shed over 15.79 points only to stand at 4768.01 at the close of day’s trading. 

Trade deals stood at 138005 with volume of transactions at Tk 6104.81 million.

Of the issues traded, 118 advanced, 159 declined and 39 remained unchanged.



ISLAMIBANK topped the turnover list with shares worth Tk 337.19 million having changed hands.

The other turnover leaders were RSRMSTEEL, SPCL, APEXTANRY, UPGDCL, SQURPHARMA, CENTRALPHL, LAFSURCEML, GP and IFIC.

Chittagong stocks also followed the suit, with the CSE Selective Categories Index climbing down to 8915.16 by dropping over 34.67 points.
 
Out of the issues traded, 82 gained, 137 declined and 43 remained unchanged.
