DHAKA: Trading on the country’s two bourses --Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and Chittagong Stocks Exchange (CSE) -- is underway showing mixed trend in share-price indices on Wednesday.

DSEX, the Broad Index of DSE, rose over 5.30 points to stand at 4803.96 at 1:40pm.

Trade deals stood at 88597 with transaction at Tk 3741.93 million. Of the issues traded, 135 advanced, 132 declined and 47 remained unchanged.

SQURPHARMA topped the turnover list with shares worth Tk 174.65 million having changed hands during the time.

Besides, Chittagong stocks’ Selective Categories Index climbed down to 8969.88 by dropping over 6.37 points at 1:34 pm.

Out of the issues traded, 113 gained, 87 declined and 32 remained unchanged.
