DHAKA: Country's stock market marked fall again in its price indices on Monday, the second trading day of the week.

DSEX, the Broad Index of Dhaka Stock Exchange, shed over 22.30 points only to stand at 4768.66 at the close of day’s trading.

Trade deals stood at 80771 with volume of transactions at Tk 3511.69 million.

Of the issues traded, 72 advanced, 205 declined and 39 remained unchanged.



SQURPHARMA topped the turnover list with shares worth Tk 288.59 million having changed hands.

The other turnover leaders were ISLAMIBANK, LAFSURCEML, TITASGAS, FARCHEM, SPCL, UPGDCL, CVOPRL, BARKAPOWER and NFML.

Chittagong stocks also followed the suit, with the CSE Selective Categories Index climbing down to 8881.66 by dropping over 50.66 points.
 
Out of the issues traded, 37 gained, 170 declined and 35 remained unchanged.
