DHAKA: Country's stock market marked gain in its price indices on Wednesday, the fourth trading day of the week.

DSEX, the Broad Index of Dhaka Stock Exchange, rose over 39.36 points only to stand at 4763.88 at the close of day’s trading. 

Trade deals stood at 99110 with volume of transactions at Tk 3488.22 million.

Of the issues traded, 198 advanced, 72 declined and 38 remained unchanged.



AMANFEED topped the turnover list with shares worth Tk 172.16 million having changed hands.

The other turnover leaders were SQURPHARMA, EMERALDOIL, KBPPWBIL, UPGDCL, SPCL, LAFSURCEML, KEYACOSMET, ACI and IBNSINA.

Chittagong stocks also followed the suit, with the CSE Selective Categories Index climbing up to 8886.10 by gaining over 58.33 points.
 
Out of the issues traded, 160 gained, 59 declined and 23 remained unchanged.
