DHAKA: Country's stock market marked slight gain in its price indices on Thursday, the last trading day of the week.

DSEX, the key index of Dhaka Stock Exchange, rose over 1.70 points only to stand at 4760.14 at the close of day’s trading.

Trade deals stood at 112821 with volume of transactions at Tk 4482.95 million.

Of the issues traded, 156 advanced, 117 declined and 47 remained unchanged.

BSRMLTD topped the turnover list with shares worth Tk 168.50 million having changed hands.

The other turnover leaders were SQURPHARMA, ACI, LAFSURCEML, AMANFEED, GP, HEIDELBCEM, AL-HAJTEX, LINDEBD    and IBNSINA.

Chittagong stocks also followed the suit, with the CSE Selective Categories Index climbing down to 8869.87 by dropping over 4.54 points.
 
Out of the issues traded, 96 gained, 118 declined and 42 remained unchanged.
