DHAKA: Country's stock market marked fall again in its price indices on Monday, the second trading day of the week.

DSEX, the key index of Dhaka Stock Exchange, rose over 17.89 points only to stand at 4786.19 at the close of day’s trading.

Trade deals stood at 110103 with volume of transactions at Tk 4370.15 million.

Of the issues traded, 145 advanced, 138 declined and 39 remained unchanged.



BXPHARMA  topped the turnover list with shares worth Tk 204.88 million having changed hands.

The other turnover leaders were LAFSURCEML, AMANFEED, SQURPHARMA, UNITEDAIR, ISLAMIBANK, BDTHAI, ACI, DESCO and SAIFPOWER.

Chittagong stocks also followed the suit, with the CSE Selective Categories Index climbing up to 8905.85 by gaining over 36.32 points.
 
Out of the issues traded, 101 gained, 114 declined and 36 remained unchanged.
