DHAKA: Trading on the country’s two bourses --Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) -- is underway showing mixed trend in share-price indices on Wednesday.

DSEX, the Broad Index of DSE, shed over 1.11 points to stand at 4800.69 at 11:44 am.

Trade deals stood at 28990 with transaction at Tk 1306.84 million. Of the issues traded, 118 advanced, 113 declined and 59 remained unchanged.



UNITEDAIR topped the turnover list with shares worth Tk 159.18 million having changed hands during the time.

Besides, Chittagong stocks’ Selective Categories Index climbed up  to 8955.16 by gaining over 10.44 points at 11:40am.

Out of the issues traded, 71 gained, 54 declined and 32 remained unchanged.
