DHAKA: Country's stock market marked fall again in its price indices on Thursday, the last trading day of the week.

DSEX, the key index of Dhaka Stock Exchange, rose over 22.63 points only to stand at 4819.45 at the close of day’s trading.

Trade deals stood at 109799 with volume of transactions at Tk 5144.33 million.

Of the issues traded, 171 advanced, 96 declined and 50 remained unchanged.

BXPHARMA topped the turnover list with shares worth Tk 288.51 million having changed hands.

The other turnover leaders were ISLAMIBANK, UPGDCL, AMANFEED, BSRMSTEEL, GP, IFADAUTOS, BSRMLTD, RAKCERAMIC and BEXIMCO.

Chittagong stocks also followed the suit, with the CSE Selective Categories Index climbing up to 8986.47 by gaining over 47.25 points.
 
Out of the issues traded, 118 gained, 86 declined and 43 remained unchanged.
