BENAPOLE (JESSORE): Export and import activities have resumed at Benapole land port on India border in Jessore district on Sunday after three-day vacation of Eid-ul-Azha.

But the loading and upload activities were comparatively lower on the day.

Benapole import-export association vice-president Aminul Haque said that people are still in festive mood though the vacation is over.

According to him, port activities will come to full-fledged after September 28.

Benapole check-post customs cargo branch assistant revenue affairs official Amit Kumar Das told banglanews that a total of 90 trucks entered the port from India from 10:00am to 1:00pm and 40 trucks went to India by this time.
