DHAKA: Country's stock market marked fall in its price indices on Monday, the second trading day of the week.

DSEX, the key index of Dhaka Stock Exchange, shed over 46.69 points only to stand at 4608.04 at the close of day’s trading.

Trade deals stood at 118059 with volume of transactions at Tk 4565.04 million.

Of the issues traded, 77 advanced, 196 declined and 41 remained unchanged.

QSMDRYCELL topped the turnover list with shares worth Tk 265.15 million having changed hands.

The other turnover leaders were BSRMSTEEL, AFTABAUTO, SAIFPOWER, GP, SQURPHARMA, KDSALTD, IFADAUTOS, BXPHARMA and LAFSURCEML.

Chittagong stocks also followed the suit, with the CSE Selective Categories Index climbing down to 8558.16 by dropping over 105.93 points.
 
Out of the issues traded, 63 gained, 153 declined and 32 remained unchanged.
