DHAKA: The implementation rate of the Annual Development Program (ADP) in the first five months of the current fiscal year hit the lowest mark in past three years.

Various ministries and divisions achieved only 17 percent of ADP implementation from July to November of the year. It was 20 percent in the 2014-15 fiscal and 19 percent in 2013-14 fiscal.

In five months of 2015-16 fiscal, ministries and divisions of the government spent only Tk 16,957-crore.

Planning minister AHM Mustafa Kamal informed the development to the media at NEC conference room of the planning ministry in city on Wednesday.
