DHAKA: Country's stock market marked fall in its price indices on Thursday, the last trading day of the week.

DSEX, the key index of Dhaka Stock Exchange, shed over 3.95 points only to stand at 4583.41 at the close of day’s trading. 

Trade deals stood at 105549 with volume of transactions at Tk 3743.49 million.

Of the issues traded, 135 advanced, 141 declined and 46 remained unchanged.

BXPHARMA topped the turnover list with shares worth Tk 130.95 million having changed hands.

The other turnover leaders were DELTALIFE, SQURPHARMA, AL-HAJTEX, AFTABAUTO, BSRMSTEEL, KDSALTD, QSMDRYCELL, UPGDCL and SHASHADNIM.

Chittagong stocks also followed the suit, with the CSE Selective Categories Index climbing down to 8505.05 by dropping over 13.71 points.
 
Out of the issues traded, 90 gained, 116 declined and 41 remained unchanged.
