DHAKA: Trading on the country’s two bourses is underway showing gain in share-price indices on Thursday, the last trading day of the week.

DSEX, the key index of Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), rose over 32.87 points or 0.70 per cent to 4718.92 after the first one and half hour of trade at 12:04pm.

Trade deals stood at 74470 with transaction at Tk 3129.95 million.

Of the issues traded, 179 advanced, 86 declined and 33 remained unchanged.
   
TALLUSPIN topped the turnover list with shares worth Tk 119.23 million having changed hands during the time.

Chittagong Stocks Exchange (CSE) also followed the suit, with the CSE Selective Categories Index climbing up to 8785.01 by gaining over 50.09 points at 12:02pm.

Out of the issues traded, 114 gained, 74 declined and 21 remained unchanged.
