DHAKA: Trading on the country’s two bourses ended on positive in share-price indices on Monday, the second trading day of the week.

DSEX, the key index of Dhaka Stock Exchange, rose over 19.53 points than Sunday to stand at 4560.42.

Trade deals stood at 100178 with transaction at Tk 3934.914 million.

Of the issues traded, 165 advanced, 107 declined and 48 remained unchanged.

APOLOISPAT topped the turnover list with shares worth Tk 231.91 million having changed hands during the time.

Other toppers in the market were SQUAREPHARMA, FUWANGCER, CITYBANK, BXPHARMA, ALLTEX, ITC, EMERALDOIL, UPGDCL and KPCL.

Chittagong stocks also followed the suit, with the CSE Selective Categories Index climbing up to 8531.38 by gaining over 33.72 points than the previous day.

Out of the issues traded, 118 gained, 87 declined and 31 remained unchanged.
