DHAKA: Both two bourses of the country -- Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) -- witnessed mixed trend in share-price indices on Sunday.

DSEX, the broad index of DSE, shed over zero point to stand at 4580.55 at the close on the first trading day of the week.

Trade deals stood at 103419 with transaction at Tk 4276.04 million. Of the issues traded, 99 advanced, 191 declined and 36 remained unchanged.

BSRMLTD topped the turnover list with shares worth Tk 333.83 million having changed hands.



The other turnover leaders were UPGDCL, IFADAUTOS, BXPHARMA, SQURPHARMA, OLYMPIC, KPCL, AMANFEED, BSRMSTEEL and SAPORTL.

Chittagong stocks followed the suit, with the CSE Selective Categories Index climbing up to 8599.08 by gaining over 8.98 points.

Out of the issues traded, 67 gained, 134 declined and 34 remained unchanged.
