DHAKA: Country's stock market marked fall in its price indices on Sunday, the first trading day of the week.

DSEX, the key index of Dhaka Stock Exchange, shed over 37.37 points only to stand at 4435.46 at the close of day’s trading.

Trade deals stood at 78422 with volume of transactions at Tk 3002.02 million.

Of the issues traded, 84 advanced, 190 declined and 37 remained unchanged.



BSRMLTD topped the turnover list with shares worth Tk 320.45 million having changed hands.

The other turnover leaders were LAFSURCEML, LANKABAFIN, IFADAUTOS, QSMDRYCELL, CMCKAMAL, ORIONPHARM, ONEBANKLTD, AMANFEED     and UPGDCL.

Chittagong stocks also followed the suit, with the CSE Selective Categories Index climbing down to 8320.61 by dropping over 48.77 points.
 
Out of the issues traded, 49 gained, 147 declined and 35 remained unchanged.
