DHAKA: Newly appointed Governor Fazle Kabir vowed to find out the persons involved in heist from Bangladesh Bank reserve account at US Federal Bank.

He made the declaration to journalists at Shahjalal International Airport on Thursday morning after arriving from USA.

The Governor also expressed firm determination to prevent theft recurrence and solution to existing problems.

On March 16, public administration ministry issued a circular saying retired senior secretary and also state-run Sonali Bank directorial board chairman Fazle Kabir has been made governor of Bangladesh Bank.
