DHAKA: Musadiq Sanwal, the chief editor of Dawn.com, Pakistan`s English-language news portal, passed away on Friday after battling with lung cancer.
He will be remembered for his dedication to the journalism, his staff and love for music.
His funeral prayers would be held at 1:45 pm today at Imambargah Yasrab in Karachi`s DHA Phase IV today whereas his burial would take place tomorrow in his hometown of Multan around noon.
The 50-year-old is survived by a wife and two children.
