The Look: White eye shadow with a bright, pastel lip

The Tip:

1. Apply a shadow primer all over the lids using a flat, synthetic brush.

2. Using a fluffy crease brush, apply a soft brown shadow starting at the outer corner and blending into your crease.

3. Apply a white, jumbo crayon shadow all over the lids. Layer a shimmery white powder shadow on top to set the color.

4. Line your eyes using a flat angled brush and black gel liner, winging it out slightly at the end.

5. Curl your lashes and apply two coats of mascara.

6. To really make a bright lip color pop, line and fill in your lips using a nude pencil before layering on a bright pink shade. Victoria’s purple-y-pink color is Lime Crime Opaque Lipstick in Countessa Flourescent.
