DHAKA: The Indian High Commission to Bangladesh has said on Thursday that there is no change in current visa procedures insofar as Bangladesh is concerned.
Spokesperson of the Indian High Commission, in a press release, came up with the assertion in response to the earlier media reports regarding changes in the visa regime for foreigners visiting India.
According to the release, the current online system for all visa applications will continue.
The spokesperson further added that when there are changes to the existing system, these will be formally announced.
Bangladeshi citizens wishing to travel to India are advised to continue to follow current procedures, which are available on www.hcidhaka.gov.in, the release added.
