Khaleda pays tributes to language martyrs

DHAKA: BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia paid homage to the martyrs of the historic language movement by placing wreaths at the Central Shaheed Minar Friday.

The former prime minister arrived here around 1:00am to place the floral wreaths to the martyrs.

Acting Secretary General of the party Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, Standing Committee Member Dr RA Gani and Dr Khandaker Mosharraf Hossain among others accompanied the BNP chief on the occasion.
