KUSHTIA: Awami League Joint General Secretary Mahbub-ul Alam Hanif said BNP has no possibility to earn victory in the next parliamentary polls as the people of Bangladesh don't want to see any corrupt party in power.
The people are in favor of development and progress, not corruption, he said.
“People of the country don't want to see the corrupt party, BNP, in power again as its chief Begum Khaleda Zia and her son are convicted by the court,” he said.
Hanif was talking to the reporters after inaugurating a bicycle rally marking the Independence Day on PTI road in Kushtia.
Local Awami League leaders and officials of the district administration accompanied him.
Hanif, however, asked BNP to take preparation for polls, to judge popularity in comparing to others.
