DHAKA: Selima Rahman and Iqbal Hasan Mahmud Tuku have been made new members of BNP standing committee.

Acting chairman of the party -Tarique Rahman- nominated the new members for the standing committee, BNP Chairperson’s media wing member Shayrul Kabir Khan, told Banglanews on Wednesday (June 19).

National Council of BNP was held on March 19 of 2016. At that time, several posts were kept vacant in the standing committee. Three years after the Council, these two new members were given seats in the Standing Committee.
