DHAKA: The Awami League has convened a special joint meeting on Tuesday (August 6) to discuss prevailing situation of the country.

The meeting will be held at 11am at the party’s central office at Bangabandhu Avenue, a press release of Awami League said.

AL General Secretary and Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader has requested all concerned to attend the meeting in time.

AL Working Committee of Dhaka city unit, AL MPs from Dhaka city, mayors and pro-AL councilors of two Dhaka City Corporations and Presidents and General Secretaries of Dhaka South and North unit AL have been requested to attend the meeting.
