DHAKA: Visiting Sri Lanka whitewashed Bangladesh defeating in third and final ODI by 6 wickets at Mirpur stadium Saturday.

Chasing Bangladesh-set 241-run target, Sri Lanka scored 246 runs losing four wickets with 15 balls remaining in the match.

Although, Bangladesh exerted some pressure in the first half of the innings with spinners, but they didn’t manage to get the wickets.

Earlier, Bangladesh scored 240 runs losing eight wickets in the stipulated over.

This was a sorry series for Bangladesh as they failed to win a single match. While it’s perfect preparation for Sri Lanka ahead of the Asia Cup, but Bangladesh will have serious concerns.
