India beat West Indies by 7-wkt

DHAKA: India has defeated West Indies in the 5th match of Super10 round of ICC World T20 in the city on Sunday night.

While chasing 130-run target, India managed to reach target with two balls remaining losing three wickets.

RG Sharma scored 62 and V Kohli scored 54 runs.

Earlier, India won the toss and invited West Indies to at Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium, Mirpur.

West Indies scored 129-run losing seven-wicket in their stipulated over.

Chris Gayle scored 34 runs for West Indies.

Ravindra Jadeja bagged four-wicket while A Mishra took three West Indies wickets.

Earlier, India won by 7 wickets with 9 balls remaining against Pakistan on March 21.
