DHAKA: India beat host Bangladesh by eight wickets in the twelfth match of Super 10 round of the ICC World T20 at Mirpur in the city on Friday.

Indian batsman V Kholi and RG Sharma scored 57 and56 runs.

Bangladesh batsman Anamul Haque scored highest 44 runs from 43 balls and Mahmudulla 33 runs from 23 balls.                        

On the other hand, Indian bowler A Mishra bagged 3 wickets and R Ashwin got 2.   
                                                                     
Earlier, India won the toss and elected to field at Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium and Bangladesh lost 7 wickets to score 138 runs in 20-over.
