DHAKA: Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) beat Delhi Daredevils by 8-wicket in the 28th match of Indian Premier League (IPL) at Feroz Shah Kotla Stadium in Delhi on Wednesday evening.
Delhi Daredevils scored 160-run losing five wickets in their stipulated 20-over.
JP Duminy scored 40 runs in 28-ball while KD Karthik amassed 36-run 22-ball and KM Jadhav gathered 26-run in 15-ball.
Shakib, Kallis, Yadhav and Narine each bagged one wicket each.
KKR scored 161-run losing 2-wicket in 18.2-over.
Captain Gautam Gambhir scored 69-run while R Uthappa and MK Pandey gathered 44 and 23 runs.
Wayne Parnell took two wickets.
Earlier, Delhi won the toss and elected to bat first.
