Dhaka: S Dhawan and V Kohli built a 129-run strong partnership, propelling India to set a challenging target against arch-rival Pakistan in the teams’ first ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 Pool B match on Sunday morning.

Till the filling of this report, India scored 190 runs for two losses in 34 overs at the Adelaide Oval stadium in Adelaide.

S Dhawan scored 73 runs off 76 balls with seven boundaries and a six before he went back to pavilion.

V Kohli is still on the crease, scoring 82 runs off 94 balls with six fours. SK Raina assisted him on another end with his 18 runs off 18 balls.
    
Opener RG Sharma contributed 15 runs off 20 balls until Sohail Khan took the wicket.

More than a billon television audience is expectedly watching the Pool B match - the biggest viewer in the history of the sport.

The rivalry between India and Pakistan is the biggest in cricket and tickets for the match between the two Asian neighbors sold out in 20 minutes.

India, champions in 1983 and 2011, have won all five of their previous World Cup meetings with Pakistan.
