DHAKA: Bangladesh pace bowler Shafiul Islam will join Bangladesh squad for the ICC World Cup 2015 as another pacer Al-Amin Hossain has been sent back home on disciplinary ground.

However, Al-Amin is returning home on Monday while Shafiul will also join the team in Australia on the same day.

Sources told banglanews that Shafiul will fly to Brisbane at 9:00pm.

On the other hand, Al-Amin will also have to face investigation for breaking rule after the ending of world cup, said Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB).

Confirming the matter, team manager Khaled Mahmud said that Al-Amin stayed outside the team hotel after the 10:00pm deadline on February 19.

Normally, a player has to take management’s permission to stay outside after 10:00pm, but Al-Amin left the hotel after 10:00pm, said sources.
