Chasing 125-run target-set by Bangladesh, the visitors scored 127 runs for five in 20 overs.
Pakistan Mohammad Rizwan took 40 runs off 43 balls while Haider Ali 45 runs off 38 balls.
Mahmudullah picked up three wickets making supporters hopeful, however.
Earlier Bangladesh captain Mahmudullah won the toss and elect to bat first.
They scored 124 runs for seven wickets in stipulated 20 overs.
Mohammad Naim took the highest 47 runs off 50 balls while Shamim Hossaina and Afif Hossain scored 22 and 20 runs.
Mohammad Wasim and Usman Qadir bagged two wickets each.
The visiting Pakistan on Saturday ensued the T20I series after beating the host the 2nd T20I.
