Android version of SoShiok app out

DHAKA: Android phone users can now download The Straits Times SoShiok app, which re-launched its iPhone version in mid-January.

The food app, which is free, offers a comprehensive range of content from the popular Taste pages in The Sunday Times, as well as food news and reviews from the other English newspapers published by Singapore Press Holdings (SPH).

It is developed by SPH’s news portal AsiaOne and named after its food website, The Straits Times SoShiok (www.soshiok. com).

The iPhone version has been downloaded more than 60,000 times in the first two months since its launch, reports The Straits Times.
