DHAKA: Bangladesh Telecommunications Company Limited (BTCL) will shut the landlines and internet services in city’s Motijheel area from June 8-11.

Earlier, the telephone services of BTCL have also been shut during June 1 to June 4 due to transferring the existing underground primary lines for ongoing dig-out work of metro rail project.

BTCL director (public relations and publication) Mir Mohammad Morshed said that all efforts are being made to resume telephone connection soon.
