DHAKA: Posts, Telecommunications and Information Technology Minister Mustafa Jabbar has been awarded lifelong honorary membership of Bangladesh ICT Journalist Forum (BIJF).

BIJF handed a crest over to Mustafa Jabbar at its office in city’s Kawran Bazar on Tuesday (April 23).

BIJF Executive Committee president Mozahedul Islam, vice president Naznin Nahar and general secretary Hasan Zakir, among others, were president at the event.

Mustafa Jabbar said, “I am glad to be an honorary member of BIJF, even though it is late. BIJF will grow larger in the days to come. I, on my behalf, will provide all the necessary assistance to BIJF.”
