The Bangladesh Jeweller’s Association (BAJUS) has hoped that BAJUS Fair-2024, the largest exposition of the country’s jewellery sector, will play a vital role in giving a boost to the domestic gold jewellery industry as well as creating a new position in the global market.
Besides, the familiarity of new modern design ornaments made by the country’s goldsmiths will increase through the event, the association said in a press conference on Thursday (February 1).
The press conference was organised at the BAJUS office at Bashundhara City Shopping Complex in Dhaka on the occasion of the three-day BAJUS Fair-2024, set to begin on 8 February.
The fair is going to be held for the third time under the leadership of BAJUS President Sayem Sobhan Anvir with a view to implementing successfully the Vision-2041 of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
This year, the theme of the fair is “Shonay Biniyog, Bhobishshoter Shanchay”.
