DHAKA: Bangladesh Bank (BB) has recently formed a high-level committee to find out irregularities of chief executive officers of the scheduled banks.

Deputy Governor of the central bank Begum Naznin Sultana was made head of the committee.

The disclosure came from a competent source from the central bank on Sunday.

Sources said the committee would work to look into the CEOs’ corruption, bribes and faults related to the banks’ management and others.
