DHAKA: Executive Committee of National Economic Council (ECNEC) on Tuesday approved three projects involving Tk 1,419 crore.

The approval came an ECNEC meeting held at Sher-e-Bangla Nagar of the city at noon with Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in the chair.
 
The projects are Extension of Upazila Complexes (1st revision), Unified Rural Employment Assistance Project (revised) for poor women and construction of link road from Shirnirtek to Gabtoli Bridge (modified).

Planning Minister AHM Mostafa Kamal told media that government would meet the projects’ expenditure.
