DHAKA: Grameenphone (GP) Ltd and United Commercial Bank (UCB) signed an agreement on mobile banking at GP House in the capital on Thursday.

Under this agreement, GP, country’s one of the largest mobile phone operators, will provide its clients ‘UCash’ services via Grameenphone's MobiCash distribution network.

Muhammad Ali, managing director, Shahidul Islam, additional managing director, Tariqul Azam, deputy managing director, Jahir Uddin Ahmed, executive vice president and head of Mobile Financial Service of UCB along with Vivek Sood, chief executive officer and Delwar Hossain Azad, head of Financial Services of Grameenphone Limited were present at the agreement signing ceremony.
