City Bank introduces two new services

DHAKA: City Bank Ltd, a private commercial bank in Bangladesh, has introduced two new services for the students and patients intended to go abroad for education and treatment purposes.

Deputy Managing Director (Marketing) of the bank Suhel RK Hussein inaugurated the services -- City Student File and City Medical File-- at city student centre here Sunday.

“We’ve introduced the services to provide all facilities to the students and patients who are interested to go abroad for education and treatment purposes,” Hussein said.

He also informed City Bank has already signed agreements with six reputed hospitals and 67 student agency councils including Bumrungrad Hospital in Thailand, Mount Elizabeth Hospital in Singapore, Apollo and Maxell Hospitals in India to ensure one stop service.

Deputy Managing Director and Head of Credit Risk Dept Mohammad Ehsan Khasru, Head of Retail Banking Dept Mashrur Arefin were, among others, also present at the programme.
