DHAKA:  Trading on the country’s two bourses is underway with downward trend of share-price indices on Sunday.

DSEX, the Broad Index of Dhaka Stock Exchange, shed over 38 points to stand at 4,894 at 12:10pm.

Trade deals stood at 28271with volume of transactions at Tk 716 million.

Of the issues traded, 66 advanced, 189 declined and 33 remained unchanged.

AGNISYSL topped the turnover list with shares worth Tk 72 million having changed hands.

Following the suit, the Chittagong Stock Exchange Selective Categories Index (CSCX) climbed down to 9172 by dropping over 47 points at about 12:05pm.

Out of the issues traded, 47 gained, 155 declined and 25 remained unchanged.
