DHAKA: Key share price indexes at both Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) witnessed a daylong positive trend on Tuesday.

However, DSEX, the prime index of the DSE, reached at 4,865.00 points by 2:35pm, starting from 4,814.16 points in the morning.

MJLBD topped the turnover list with shares worth Tk 107.64 million having changed hands, after the trading.

The other turnover leaders of the major bourse were BXPHARMA, GP, LAFSURCEML, IDLC, DESCO, SQURPHARMA, SAPORTL, ACI and ACTIVEFINE.

On the other hand, the port city bourse, CSE, also saw a positive trend round the day with its Selective Category Index, CSCX.

The index, which was in 1,078.00 points at 10:30am, reached up to 1,086.50 points while closing the day’s trading.
