DHAKA: Country's stock market marked fall again in its price indices on Sunday.

DSEX, the key index of Dhaka Stock Exchange, shed over 24 points only to stand at 8943 at the close on the first trading day of the week.

Trade deals stood at 85173 with volume of transactions at Tk 3084 million.

Of the issues traded, 111 advanced, 149 declined and 45 remained unchanged.

LAFSURCEML topped the turnover list with shares worth Tk 110 million having changed hands.

The other turnover leaders were AGNISYSL, SAIFPOWER, MHSML, IDLC, ALLTEX, RSRMSTEEL, GP, BXPHARMA and FUWANGFOOD.

Chittagong stocks also followed the suit, with the CSE Selective Categories Index climbing down to 9,194 by dropping over 30 points.
 
Out of the issues traded, 87 gained, 126 declined and 21 remained unchanged.
