DHAKA: Country's stock market marked gain in its price indices on Monday, the second trading day of the week.

DSEX, the key index of Dhaka Stock Exchange, rose over 21.20 points only to stand at 4536.05 at the close of day’s trading.

Trade deals stood at 82665 with volume of transactions at Tk 2905.23 million.

Of the issues traded, 165 advanced, 102 declined and 51 remained unchanged.



IFADAUTOS topped the turnover list with shares worth Tk 257.83 million having changed hands.

The other turnover leaders were SQURPHARMA, GP, LAFSURCEML, BXPHARMA, KDSALTD, MHSML, QSMDRYCELL, SAMORITA and KPCL.

Chittagong stocks also followed the suit, with the CSE Selective Categories Index climbing up to 8440.00 by gaining over 52.59 points.
 
Out of the issues traded, 110 gained, 94 declined and 28 remained unchanged.
