DHAKA: Both the country’s two bourses witnessed mixed trend in share-price indices on Wednesday.

The key index of Dhaka Stocks Exchange, DSEX, shed over zero point to stand at 4,128 at the close on the fourth trading day of the week.

Trade deals stood at 1,19,223 with transaction at Tk 5,306 million.

Of the issues traded, 115 advanced, 146 declined and 28 remained unchanged.
    
SQURPHARMA topped the turnover list with shares worth Tk 325 million having changed hands.

The other turnover leaders were GP, BSCCL, ACTIVEFINE, OLYMPIC, PADMAOIL, MPETROLEUM, UNITEDAIR, TALLUSPIN and HEIDELBCEM.     

Besides, Chittagong stocks’ Selective Categories Index rose over nine points to stand at 8,038.

Out of the issues traded, 70 gained, 114 declined and 20 remained unchanged.
